Responsibilities:
Bring in new accounts, identify & develop new opportunities
Manage quarterly goals and performance metrics
Prepare RFQs and client proposals including pricing/rates
Oversee new customer onboarding
Provide consistent sales reporting
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of proven success in freight-forwarding or logistics sales
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field preferred
Proficiency with CargoWise and CRM platforms
Working knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and freight pricing structures is strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
